TOWeb version 13.04

This update now allows you to directly test the external links of your site by opening them in your web browser, to customize the styles of the "add" button of your unavailable products but also corrects few malfunctions as well as random crashes of TOWeb when opening certain windows.

Update TOWeb now to take advantage of these improvements! We have updated the page outlining the new features you can enjoy by upgrading to TOWeb 13, especially if you're currently using version 12 or an earlier version (e.g., upgrading from version 7 to 13).
