New TOWeb 13 templates

You can discover most of the new features of TOWeb version 13 in the new T-Art and Shopik site templates. You can consult them as a demonstration, but of course also use them as a starting point to create your site with TOWeb and personnalised it thereafter. All these new templates can only be used with the new version 13 of TOWeb.
