TOWeb version 11.05

This update brings the possibility to add directly to your site a predefined blog topic like the one of the StoreStarter template as well as the possibility to export and import a group (such as a blog for instance) with all its topics. Various fixes have also been made, particularly concerning the display of Leaftlet OpenStreetMap maps and the proper functioning of some online payments and TOWeb i-services under PHP 8. Please also note that the "i-service blog" is now renamed to "i-service user comments" in order not to create confusion with blog topics introduced since TOWeb 11.
